Virtual and international speaker, author, speaking confidence coach, and movement specialist, Linda coaches entrepreneurs and corporate professionals on how to eliminate their nerves and master their presence and delivery for speaking on stage or on camera.  

With a degree in psychology and a Master’s in Expressive Therapies, she’s been helping people get comfortable in their skin for decades. She’s emceed for TEDx DebrecenUniversity, presented at the European Conference on Positive Psychology in Angiers, France, and performed as a finalist for the MassMouth Storytelling Slam.

She’s been featured on numerous podcasts and radio shows and featured in Money Magazine, Nylon, Huffington Post, and Thrive Global. For 3 years she produced and hosted the TV show/podcast, Women Inspired.

How to love speaking in public,
even if you hate it now

Technology gives us more opportunities to speak out than ever before: We can make videos, host webinars, get on podcasts and TV, as well as present at meetings and speak on stage.  All of these platforms can accelerate your business and career. It allows people to find you, learn about your message and ideas, your brand.

But, many of us are petrified of being seen and heard in high-stakes situations because experience has taught us that speaking our truth is dangerous.

We’re taught that fear is inevitable, and the only solution is to push past it. We buy into the myth that speaking our truth is an all-or-nothing deal: Either bear the burden of crushing stress or stay silent.

The truth is, if we go back to the root causes and resolve those past experiences, we can let go of the fear for good. We can learn to stand in our own truth with power, presence, and vulnerability—and to finally receive the attention of our audience in a way that energizes and inspires us to be our highest selves.

In this talk, Linda will teach you to:

  • Pinpoint why public speaking stresses you out
  • Break down fear into manageable components
  • Reclaim your confidence physically, emotionally, and mentally
  • Let go of the mental stories and self-talk scripts that aren’t serving you
  • Embrace the power of your vulnerability and stand in your authentic presence

This talk can be customized in length from 30 – 90 minutes. The workshop can be customized for half-day, full-day, and 2-day experiences.
