Francesca Montillo is the owner of Lazy Italian Culinary Adventures, which offers culinary adventures to Italy, private trip planning services and Italian cooking classes in the Boston area. Additionally, she teaches at several adult education centers in the Boston area. As a native Italian, she takes great pride in her heritage and she is very excited to be bringing people to her native land. She travels back on a regular basis and realized that her trips back were always her favorite part of the year so she really liked the idea of starting a business that allowed her to return back to Italy on a regular basis.
